ABOUT US
Introducing Monster Constructors Green Building
Division…
Like
it sounds, Monster Constructors Green Building Division
is the division of Monster Constructors that specialized
in green building techniques organization, and
research. Our division works separately from the
everyday activities of Monster Constructors, meaning we
have specialists that devote all of their time to green
building, including researching innovative ways to
improve it and helping customers understand the
importance and benefits of it. However, unlike so many
builders that find subcontractors to do the actual
building of the building or home, we have an in-house
construction company. We directly control the quality
of work that goes into your green structure.
Our
goal is simple: to promote the building of structures
that are environmentally-friendly, comfortable, healthy,
and efficient. We aim to accomplish this goal by
making it feasible and easy for property-owners to build
using green techniques. We are not only a builder, but
we can help get you set up with financing. From
financing to site design, construction to finish out, we
design each building in order to maximize both economic
and environmental performance.
Our
capabilities are vast yet constantly growing. We can
utilize virtually any material and technique available
on the market. In addition, we are constantly learning
about new materials and new uses of existing materials.
If there is some technique that you’d like to try, we
will definitely research and find the feasibility
consequences of using this new technique.
